Bio

Hi, I’m Amanda.

I thought I had it all. The career, the travel, the dream life… but behind closed doors, I was struggling. I was battling migraines, endometriosis pain, fatigue, and mental exhaustion. Despite ticking all the boxes of what society told me I “should” have, I felt disconnected and unwell.

It took losing my sister to breast cancer to wake me up. That was the moment I realized what truly mattered. It wasn’t the high-paying job, the luxury items, or the endless social nights out.

What really mattered was my health, my happiness, my relationships, and my freedom.

Losing my sister forced me to confront the reality: I had built a life where I was sacrificing the very things that were most important to me. What I thought I wanted—what society had told me to want—wasn’t actually what fulfilled me.

I wanted mornings spent slowly, playing with my son in the garden, not racing to the gym or juggling meetings before I’d even had a chance to breathe. I wanted to nourish my body with real, wholesome food that gave me real energy, not caffeine and quick fixes that left me on a constant rollercoaster. I craved deeper, more meaningful relationships, not the party-driven social circle I had been part of.

I had built a life based on external pressures, not on what I truly wanted or needed to feel fulfilled. And I knew that in order to live the life I dreamed of, I had to make a change.

My journey to happiness wasn’t about a quick fix. It wasn’t a pill or a 3-step process. It was about dismantling the false life I had created, and rebuilding a new one—one rooted in clarity, self-understanding, and the things that truly matter.

It wasn’t easy. I had to heal from the damage my old life had caused. I had to unlearn many of the things that made me “me.” But with patience and time, I started to rebuild. And it’s this journey that I now guide my clients through.
