Cancellation Policy
My goal is to provide quality health care to all my patients in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only myself, but our other patients as well. Please be respectful of everyone’s time and be aware of my policy regarding missed appointments.
Appointment Cancellation
When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on my calendar that is no longer available to my other patients. In order to be respectful of your fellow patients, please email me as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.
If cancellation is necessary, I require that you get in touch at least 24 hours in advance at hello@amandaastrop.com.au. Cancellations via social media will not be accounted for. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another patient access to that appointment time.
How to Cancel Your Appointment
If you need to cancel your appointment, please email me as soon as practical at hello@amandaastrop.com.au. A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 2 hours before the appointed time. A no-show is when a patient misses an appointment without cancelling. In both of these cases, you will be charged a 50% fee of the total consultation cost as a missed appointment fee so please ensure you give plenty of notice for cancellations.
